Situated on the morainic hills that surround Lake Garda, the Verona Golf Club has technical characteristics of considerable level and variety. The first 9 holes, built in 1962 by John Harris, short and narrow, are surrounded by rich vegetation and made difficult by careful placement of the bunkers. The second 9 holes, built in 1973, are wider, more breath-taking and spectacular. Do not forget the splendid and comfortable Club House, carefully renovated and the excellent catering. In recent years, starting from the 40th anniversary of its foundation, the Club has experienced an exciting and profound evolution, which has led to a new interpretation of the accommodation facilities and the camp. The pencils of Baldovino Dassù and Alvise Rossi Fioravanti have contributed to the reinterpretation of the course which, while respected in the original design, has been made more aggressive. The golfer who reaches our course today will encounter 18 fascinating holes, the first nine narrowed by rich vegetation and made challenging by greens well defended by mounds and bunkers, then the final sequence characterized by wide and undulating fairways.  Today the Verona Golf Club is part of the most prestigious clubs due to the charm of the course, the club house, its history and the cordial punctuality of the people in charge of the various functions.
