The golf course was built inside the park of Villa Cà Amata, one of the most prestigious architectural examples of eighteenth-century Venice. Given the large amount of running water available, a system of lakes and canals was created which affects eleven of the 18 holes. The architectural elements typical of the most beautiful romantic parks such as walls, bridges and waterfalls give the course a unique and particular appearance.

The design extends over an area of 75 hectares of land. It is therefore impossible to go out of bounds on such a spacious course which gives the player the opportunity, on some holes, to dare spectacular shots over long distances. Large fairways and greens, alternating with smaller, more technical ones with notable differences in height. Very long par 4s alternate with shorter holes making the course a severe test even for the best players.
