THE KITCHEN

In the Dama Dama restaurant, Chef Emiliano Lombardelli proposes a cuisine made of local flavors and colors, with a touch of innovation. Our dishes are prepared with ingredients purchased by carefully selected small producers and, in certain periods of the year, arrive directly from our vegetable garden and orchard.

For those wishing to undertake a journey through the flavors, aromas and colors of the most particular land and sea dishes, we recommend the tasting menus, in three courses where each course will be a surprise for the palate and eyes. The cellar, which offers above all the best wines of the Tuscan Maremma.

THE CHEF
Born at the Argentario, Emiliano Lombardelli shows passion and love for cooking since he was a child. After attending hotel school, he began working in the world of haute cuisine in 1988, with important experiences on the side of the Chef and gastronomist Alvaro Claudi on the Island of Elba, of Chef Giuseppe Sestito at the "Mirabelle" in Rome and with the Chef Armin Mairhofer in the "Anna Stuben" restaurant of the Gardena Hotel in Ortisei.
In 2008 he returned to the Argentario as Executive Chef at the Dama Dama Restaurant. In 2016 he began a period of consulting at Dama Dama Restaurant, also dedicating himself to other projects, reaching important goals in the most prestigious food guides and other activities such as: the winning of the 4 Restaurants program by Alessandro Borghese and the publication of 2 books entitled “Con Gusto "And" Food ". From Spring 2019 he returned as Executive Chef to the Dama Dama and to the Club House of the Argentario Golf Resort & Spa
